Las Maderas Elementary School Project

Hi, receive a cordial greeting from me ( María Mercedes Mena Salgado. Las Maderas Elementary School manager), hoping that God will fill you with rich and abundant blessings.

The Isabel Darce Ramírez Adventist School is an institution that provides a comprehensive education, with Christian values to the children of the Las Maderas community, it is located at km 50 North Pan-American Highway, with a staff of 7 teachers and a current enrollment of 82 boys and girls offering the modalities of initial education and regular primary education.

We are an institution with limited resources so we come to you appealing to your altruistic spirit and kindness so that you can contribute to the improvement of our institution and give a better service to our students, we already have the following needs:

Change of roof and its structure in all our facilities since it is 25 years old, therefore it is deteriorated and in winter there is a leakage of river water in the classrooms.

Construction of a 150m2 perimeter wall at the back of the classrooms to give our students more security.

Installation of a water storage tank for emergencies in summer.

Construction of a septic tank, since the school does not have its own.

Change of floor in our facilities since the current one is cracked and in poor condition.

Change of the electrical system.

Construction of a computer lab to improve educational quality since we currently do not have one.

Conditioning of the area for food preparation since we have a school snack program.
